Former Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete appointed AU High Representative for Horn of Africa and Red Sea
Kikwete’s role will include supporting preventive diplomacy, encouraging inclusive political dialogue, building trust among key players and strengthening regional cooperation aimed at promoting peace and stability.
