On Friday, June 19, the Regional Centre Training Institute (RCTI) signed a strategic partnership with Higher Education Loans Board  (HELB) to expand access to student financing and support skills development for its students.

The partnership was formalized in a colorful ceremony held at RCMRD, presided over by HELB CEO Mr. Geoffrey Monari and RCMRD Director General Dr. Emmanuel Nkurunziza.

In his remarks, the Chief Guest, HELB CEO Mr. Geoffrey Monari, welcomed the partnership with RCTI and affirmed HELB’s support for the programme’s success, noting that it adds to its existing network of 43 partnerships. He also highlighted that the initiative supports the Government’s efforts to strengthen student support systems in institutions of higher learning.

This collaboration strengthens RCTI’s commitment to making quality, industry-relevant, and hands-on training accessible to more students.
