Terms of Use
These Terms apply to your access to, and use of, all or part of any part of Mwanzo TV Online (heriein referred to as, “Mwanzo TV”), including website, social media websites, mobile application or online service (collectively, the “Sites”). These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Mwanzo TV for products, services or otherwise.

Eligibility
The Sites are not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. A USER MUST BE AT LEAST AGE 13 TO ACCESS AND USE MWANZO TV SITES. If the User is between the ages of 13 and 18, he or she may only use the Sites under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

The Sites is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Mwanzo Media Limited express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to the Sites or the materials contained on our Sites. Also, nothing contained on the Sites shall be interpreted as advising you.

Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Mwanzo Media Limited from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
