Kyiv has stepped up its air strikes against energy and military facilities on Russian territory in recent months, a campaign in response to Moscow’s relentless bombardment of its cities and infrastructure.

“A local resident was killed as a result of an explosive device being launched by a drone at a car” in the town of Graivoron, Belgorod governor Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote on Telegram.

No other major damage was immediately reported by Russian media or authorities.
